A tale of two beautiful stadiums one in Santiago of Chile and the other in London: Both have staged the World Cup Final. The one in Chile was used in 1973 to detain, terrorised, tortured and kill thousands of Chileans by the Chileans Armed Forces and the Police courtesy of General Pinochet and football fanatic such as Henry Kissinger, a former USA Secretary of state, who hated all the Chilean people supporter of Salvador Allende.
